Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and aac365 (hereinafter "aac365", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the aac365 website located at aac365.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By completing the registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the aac365 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not register an account and must cease using the aac365 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

aac365 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, aac365 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Use of the aac365 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. aac365 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances.
2. You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of aac365 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You have not previously been excluded from aac365 or any affiliated platform, and you are not subject to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
5. You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of aac365 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.

Age Verification

aac365 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration. Additionally, aac365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time — including but not limited to at the point of withdrawal, during account review, or when unusual activity patterns are detected. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Where a player is found to be under the age of 18, aac365 will immediately close the account, void all bets and gameplay activity conducted during the period of underage use, and forfeit any balance remaining on the account. aac365 may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and other Services on aac365, you must first register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a unique email address.

Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. aac365 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming monitoring. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on aac365. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different mobile number, or any combination of identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where aac365 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, all balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the platform.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. aac365 strongly recommends that players:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.

aac365 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be your responsibility unless you have promptly notified aac365 of a suspected breach and aac365 has had a reasonable opportunity to suspend the account.

Account Verification (KYC)

aac365 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard responsible gaming and anti-fraud practices. You may be required to submit documentary verification of your identity, address, and payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time aac365 deems appropriate. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on aac365 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aac365 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. Your account balance is always displayed in BDT.

aac365 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes to payment method availability.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account is owned by a person other than the registered aac365 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, aac365 reserves the right to withhold the deposit amount, void associated gameplay, and suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposit wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the player's account must be fully KYC-verified. Minimum withdrawal amounts correspond to the minimums listed for each payment method above. aac365 targets same-session processing for mobile wallet withdrawals from fully verified accounts, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and security review requirements.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login or financial activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. aac365 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy charges being applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

aac365 offers a variety of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where the specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus credits and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates — typically slots contribute at 100%, live casino games at a lower rate, and sports bets at a rate dependent on odds.

Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which any unused bonus credit and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Validity periods are stated in each offer's specific terms. It is the player's responsibility to monitor the expiry of active bonuses from within their account dashboard.

Bonus Abuse

aac365 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the voiding of bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent account closure:

• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms through systematic bet pairing or hedging.
• Using automated tools or scripts to systematically exploit wagering requirement mechanics.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion for which the player would otherwise be ineligible.

Seasonal & Festival Promotions

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Each game operates under the rules and pay-table specifications published by the respective provider. In the event of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on screen and the result recorded on the game server, the server-side record shall be the definitive result.

Malfunctions

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aac365 platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. aac365 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct falls within the spirit of these prohibitions.

• Underage use: Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using another person's identity, payment method, or mobile wallet account.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live tables, or any game where player decisions affect other players' outcomes.

• Unauthorised data collection: Scraping, crawling, or otherwise collecting data from the aac365 website or platform by automated means without express written permission.

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your aac365 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing an account, aac365 will process any pending withdrawals for verified balances in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms. Any active bonuses and associated wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to stop gambling for a defined period may request a self-exclusion from within their account settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods of a minimum of six (6) months are available, with longer durations up to permanent exclusion also offered. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be used for any real-money activity and cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired and a formal reactivation process has been completed. Suspension or Closure by aac365

aac365 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid regulatory or law enforcement direction to suspend or close the account.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate account activity linked to the player's identity or device.

Where an account is closed by aac365 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining on the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, aac365 will return the verified balance to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required investigation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aac365's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. aac365 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through aac365's internal complaints process shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures published in the aac365 Help Centre.
